Where do you deliver to?
We offer free delivery within 50km of New Norfolk on Wednesday afternoons for both online orders and prescriptions.
If you’re further out we will organise AusPost delivery for you.
If you need something urgently we suggest phoning us instead of placing an online order. We will do our best to get your medicines to you.
Do you have contactless Click&Collect?
Yes, absolutely.
We offer Curbside Collection; simply call us when you have parked your car and we will come and find you and place your parcel in your boot for you.
How do I order my prescriptions online?
Download the MedAdvisor app, choose us as your pharmacy and leave your paper prescriptions on file with us.
Lots of our customers use it for quick hassle- free ordering, and to keep on top of when new prescriptions are needed from their doctor.
Family members can be linked up together and you can even choose delivery and pay in advance for easy Click&Collect convenience.
This app also works with electronic prescriptions (QR codes that replace a paper script, your doctor would usually text this to you).

How does Curbside Collection work?
Call us once you’ve parked your car and we will come and place your parcel in your boot for you.
It’s a great option if you’re unable to leave the car for many reasons including mobility issues or as a result of sick or sleeping children.
What if I need something that isn’t on your website?
We have put some basic essentials on the website to start with, but we are very happy to add anything else you need.
Pop a note in at the checkout and we will phone you for payment and include it in your order. Or if you think of something after you’ve sent your order, just send an email to pharmacist@newnorfolkpharmacy.com and we can sort it out.
