We offer a few different shipping options depending on where you’re located and how quickly you need your order.
Kerbside Collection
Free | one hour turnaround
All you need to do is find a park nearby and then give us a call and we will bring your order for you.
This option is perfect if you’re unable to leave the car or have limited mobility.
Click & Collect
Free | one hour turnaround
Come into the pharmacy and head to the payment counter to collect your order.
If you need to collect your items quickly this is a great option.
Home Delivery
Free | Delivered following Wednesday
This option is available for suburbs between Bridgewater & Mount Field National Park.
Deliveries are made on the next Wednesday following your order placement
AusPost Delivery
From $10 | Turnaround varied
Price is set by the number of items and overall weight of the order.
Australia Post orders take somewhere between 2 - 5 business days. This can be a little longer if Australia Post are experiencing interruptions or there is a seasonal event (like Christmas) that causes delays.
Returns
Public health regulations prevent us from accepting returns for medicines if you change your mind.
If we make a mistake with your order then we will of course replace the item, or provide a refund.
