What does MedAdvisor do?
MedAdvisor is an app that sits on your mobile device (phone or tablet) and keeps all your medications and scripts in one easy place to make it easier to stay on-top of all the details.

Tap-To-Refill
it predicts when you will run out of medication and prompt you to very easily reorder through the app, even when we're closed.
E-Scripts
If your doctor uses prescription tokens instead of paperwork, the app can upload them and make ordering and keeping track of repeats a breeze.
Flu shots
Make an appointment for your flu shot through the app and get a reminder text.
Snap'n'Send
Take a photo of your new prescriptions from the doctor, or repeats you have at home, and we can get them ready before you get here.
Reminders
Alerts for organising new prescriptions and you can set alarms to help remember to take your medications too.
Carer mode
View and order prescriptions for the whole family in one profile.
Medication List
Keeps a current list of your prescribed medications in your pocket (you can then show this to specialists, dentists, paramedics etc).
Chat with a real person
You can message us through the app and get a response from a pharmacist (no bots on duty around here).
How to get started with MedAdvisor.
Using the MedAdvisor couldn’t be easier the first step is to download the App onto your device (smartphone or tablet) and then drop your scripts into us - we’ll let you know what to expect next.
Honestly it’s that easy.
If you don’t use a smart device (tablet or phone) or you’d prefer not to download an app onto your phone you can still use MedAdvisor by access the webpage from your computer’s browser instead. Just head to the MedAdvisor login page here.
Using the MedAdvisor App.
MedAdvisor has released a great video that walks you through what yo expect from the app and how to use it. We recommend following along with the video on your device once you’ve downloaded and set up the app.
When you reorder through MedAdvisor you can add other pharmacy medicines and even NDSS (diabetes) products at the checkout and choose Pay In Advance to make your pickup really speedy.
